01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you as a user and hari2 as the platform operator. 02 Member Eligibility

• You are not currently on the self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling platform.
• You are using your own personal funds and not third-party funds for wagering purposes.

03 Registration & Account Management

The registration process at hari2 is simple and quick — taking less than 3 minutes. You are required to provide your full name, phone number, email address, and bank details for verification purposes. Once your account is successfully created, you will receive a confirmation email that must be verified within 24 hours.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the hari2 platform.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Hari2 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for stronger account security.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact hari2 support immediately.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Hari2 supports a wide range of deposit methods suited for Malaysian players, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and cryptocurrency deposits such as USDT, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your hari2 account within minutes.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for all payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using a bank account or payment method registered in your own name.
• Hari2 does not accept deposits made using third-party credit cards or bank accounts not belonging to the member.
• Deposits whose source cannot be verified will be held until the verification process is complete.
• Hari2 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits — any costs incurred (if applicable) are from your payment provider.

05 Fund Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for local bank transfers.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed one time only by each eligible new member.

07 General Game Rules

• Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. hari2 is not liable for any losses resulting from connection disruptions on the member's end.
• Should a technical disruption occur on hari2's end during an active game, hari2 will investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in any game will result in permanent account closure.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

08 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

Hari2 actively monitors all accounts and transactions to detect any suspicious activity or violations of the terms of use. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities for fraudulent purposes.
• Money laundering — hari2 fully complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses with the intent to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account information without valid authorisation.
• Any form of collusion between players in live table games or sports betting.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Hari2 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or hacking.
• A voluntary account closure request submitted by the member themselves.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the hari2 support team via Live Chat. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no active bonus balances with unfulfilled wagering requirements.

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Hari2 provides the wagering platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform available and functioning properly at all times, we cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions, delays, or technical errors under all circumstances.

• Hari2 is not liable for any financial losses arising from wagering activity, whether from wins or losses.

12 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where hari2 holds its licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules.
